Courtney Martindale

Courtney is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bethel University. She has a heart for being a light for Christ in the counseling process and working collaboratively with individuals to help them grow and heal.
Courtney is devoted to, and passionate about, providing an open and warm environment that allows for her clients to begin their healing process. She practices from a Christian worldview, believing that God has fearfully and wonderfully molded every human being. Courtney desires to meet clients where they are at in their healing journey, and is honored to be a part of it.
Courtney provides individual therapy for female adults (18+). Her areas of interest include working with clients experiencing a variety of concerns such as: anxiety and depression, OCD, trauma, anger management difficulties, life transitions, relational stressors, and self-esteem issues. She is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and integrates concepts from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and person centered, in order to tailor each client’s session to be what is needed for healing.
In Courtney’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors,
exercising, and sipping on a good cup of coffee.
Courtney sees clients in-person or via Telehealth Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays in our Elk River location, and Telehealth only clients on Thursdays. She accepts most major
insurance plans. Please call our office to ask about your specific insurance coverage.
