Lynn Hardy

Lynn Hardy is a psychologist who is the Cofounder of The Center for Hope and Healing, formerly known as Hardy and Stephens Counseling Associates. Lynn is also one of the co-founders of the Midwest Association of Christian Counselors and served on the board for many years. Lynn has over 40 years of experience in the counseling field, working in a variety of areas including providing employee assistance counseling, working in hospital emergency rooms, delivering Critical Incident Stress Debriefing services and consultation to companies and lastly 28 yrs in private practice. Lynn received her BA from Bethel College. She received her master’s degree from St. Mary’s University.

Lynn provides clinical supervision and is a Board-Certified supervisor for the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health. Lynn’s commitment to her faith, family, and profession is of utmost importance to her. She believes her personal relationship with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ guided her personal and professional life. She was pleased to offer the option of a faith-based perspective in counseling for those seeking a more holistic approach to their therapy, integrating their spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health.

Lynn and her husband have been married for over 41 years and have 3 adult married children and 8 grandchildren. Lynn has retired after 40 years of practice and serves as a consultant for the practice.

Lynn is an owner/founder of C4HH and has retired as of June 2026. She is no longer taking new clients.
