Her special interests include supporting clients who struggle with anxiety, who have experienced trauma, who are struggling with relational health concerns, and assisting adolescents and young adults in building their identity and self-worth. She has a passion for fostering healing and growth to individuals struggling with life stressors. She utilizes a person-centered, nonjudgmental approach to ensure clients feel safe and comfortable during the vulnerable process of therapy. Michelle uses various approaches in therapy, including psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Michelle has found her Christian faith to be a profound support in navigating life’s struggles and believes it can supplement the healing process. She offers the opportunity to incorporate faith and spirituality into therapy if clients request it.
