Mikaela Stephens

Mikaela is a psychotherapist who is in the process of completing her state licensure for both a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Art Therapist. She received her master’s degree from Adler Graduate School in art therapy services.

Cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approaches are the methods Mikaela uses in therapy with clients to meet them wherever they are in their healing process.

Mikaela works with women, children and adolescents for an assortment of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, trauma-related issues, autism, and ADHD/ADD disorders. She also has experience working with clients using art therapy directives.

Mikaela is devoted to providing an environment that is respectful, comfortable and safe for her clients to begin their healing process. She practices from a Christian worldview and enjoys helping clients explore their own spirituality in a way that will further their healing journey.

In Mikaela’s free time she likes to go on walks with her dogs, paint and draw, spend time outdoors and with her family.
