Xong is a pre-licensed therapist pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She earned a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, receiving training rooted in a biblical worldview and clinical excellence. Prior to counseling, Xong worked as a care coordinator for over 10 years, supporting individuals facing significant barriers to physical and mental health care. This experience strengthened her passion for advocacy and prepared her to return to her original calling in counseling.
Xong’s approach to counseling is deeply grounded in faith and seeks to reflect the compassion, empathy, patience, and thoughtful presence of Jesus Christ. She believes scripture offers guidance for life’s challenges and that when faith is thoughtfully integrated into counseling, true hope and healing is restored to the mind, body, and spirit through Christ.
Clinically, Xong practices a person-centered, trauma-informed, and relationship-based approach, creating a safe and supportive environment through empathetic listening, collaborative goal-setting, and motivational interviewing. She also incorporates creative and play-based interventions with both children and adults to support emotional, cognitive, and behavioral growth while providing practical skills for daily life.
Xong has experience working with children, adolescents, and young women, but especially has a heart to walk alongside young women struggling through life. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity, faith concerns, grief, abortion recovery, parenting challenges, and stress. Sessions are tailored to honor each person uniqueness. When invited, Xong integrates prayer and Scripture to encourage deeper reliance on Christ for hope, healing, and restoration.
Outside of counseling, Xong finds peace in studying God’s Word and being in prayer. She enjoys investing in the lives of her children, creating digital artwork, solving puzzles, and engaging in creative DIY projects. Xong offers both in-person and telehealth counseling.

Xong sees clients IN PERSON on FRIDAYS. She accepts all major insurance plans. Please call our office to schedule an appointment or to ask about your specific insurance coverage.
